Thank you! Danke! Merci! Graçias! Obrigada!

2017 is soon drawing to a close so I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have paid a visit to my site so far! I started it as a way to share the ideas I have for using British music in the ELT classroom and I didn’t think anyone would notice, but I’m thrilled to see that I have had visitors from all over the world! It’s mad to think that teachers are using my stuff with students in Brazil, Australia, Columbia, Canada, Russia or even Syria! I’m pleased that British music is reaching so many places near and far and helping people improve their English.

Many thanks especially to my colleagues over at the ETAS Materials Writing SIG and the ETAS Journal Publications team for all your feedback and support so far! I really value your thoughts on what I’m trying to do, so please don’t hesitate to comment in the boxes provided or contact me via private message.

Before I go and finish off my latest post, I’d like to leave you with one of my favourite music quotes from Stevie Wonder (very British, I know!):

”Music is a world within itself, with a language we all understand.”

Take care and stay tuned for more ELTunes!
